OBJECTIVES INCIDENTAL TO THE MAIN OBJECT OF THE TRUST:

• a) To represent the beneficiary member Enterprises, Entrepreneurs, and persons associated with the businesses mentioned in the main objects hereinabove before the United Nations, Governments of the countries and their states, organizations, court of laws, or any other legal or social forums whatsoever.
• b) To guide and advise the beneficiary members in running their enterprises ethically and legally.
• c) To inform the beneficiary members about the latest laws, rules & regulations, and happenings concerning their businesses.
• d) To act as an intermediary between Beneficiary members before the Governments worldwide.
• e) To draft and frame representations and submit the same to various governments worldwide.
• f) To collect data from all available sources for the benefit of various governments in order to assist them in forming Rules & regulations for the industries referred to in Main Object,
• g) To conduct and organize conferences, seminars, webinars, events, meetings, and discussions for the betterment of the industries referred to in the Main Object hereinabove.
• h) To create a platform for social interaction between Beneficiary members.
• i) To mediate between the Beneficiary members for an amicable resolution of disputes among themselves as well as between them and their Direct sellers and associated entrepreneurs.
• j) To establish educational and vocational skill development institutes including a Research Centre to run and administer the educational and vocational courses for entities, their associates, employees, Direct sellers, and entrepreneurs and tasks incidental thereto
• k) To own or take on rent/lease, premises required for fulfilling the needs of the main object of this trust
• l) And generally to do any other act, deed, or thing which the Trustees may decide from time to time for fulfilling the main object or be required to do, under the law of the land, even if it is not defined herein.
